Case Study: Client was already a Google’s GSuite customer. They wanted to automate their entire end to end workflow – CRM to Accounting while using the emailing, document storage powers of Google Spreadsheets and Docs.
- We used Google Apps Script to integrate Google Docs with SolveCRM and Accounting API
- Google Apps Script creates project documents (Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets format) based on user actions in SolveCRM
- Developed SolveCRM extensions to create scheduled marketing emails based on user actions in SolveCRM
- Integrated with the Xero accounting API to add invoicing feature to the solution. This required using oAuth 1.0a protocol and RSA encryption
